Successful candidates will:

• Be able and willing to follow safe work practices in accordance with current legislation
• Be able and willing to adhere to company policies and procedures
• Be able and willing to work both alone and in a group setting to provide clients with best possible service
• Have professional industry experience
• Hold a current, valid driver’s licence and construction white card
• Be ready to embark on exciting career challenges within the industry 

QLD

• Hold RIIWHS205E Control Traffic with a Stop-Slow Bat and 
• RIIWHS302E Implement Traffic Management Plan (required for drivers)

NSW

• Traffic controller (TCR) and
• Implement traffic control plans (IMP) (required for drivers)
• Prepare a work zone traffic management plan (PWZ) – design (including vary) or inspect a work zone traffic management plan
